Relocation Necessary: No Relocation required
The position will carry out procedures and practices to support the most economical movement of goods through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have experience to review data and market circumstances for the present and future pricing, and capacity of commodity and services.
Duties:
- Analyze and work with internal technical customers in developing functional specifications
- Drafting, negotiating, and implementing long term contracts
- Ensure effective manufacturer contracting and store management rules are used with best performance
- Set goals for annual performance. Proceed closely with accounting to direct catalogue costs
- Communicate new items and product mix
- Consult procurement processes to support consumer
- Work very efficiently with other employees to accommodate information regarding the competition, potential vendors, pricing changes and quality issues
Applicant requirements:
- Ability to display, work out with a wide range of technical and none-technical errors
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to work independently, communicate internally
- Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook dexterity for prompt reporting
- Ability to uplift up to 15 pounds and sometimes lift or move up to 34 pounds
- Valid driver�s license is needed
- aged 21 plus; U.S. Person
- No relocation is required
